Am I sucking in my gut or pushing it out?



Hello, all my internet searching is inconclusive as beans. On a daily basis from when I wake up to when I go to sleep I have a pretty flat stomach, but I’m able to push out my stomach to a rather alarming degree. Have I trained myself to constantly suck in my gut or am I secretly a bit thick? I honestly don’t know. I’m 6’1” and 154 pounds.

I’m trying to calculate my body fat percentage right now and I don’t know if I should push out my stomach or not. My % fluctuates between 16% to 21% depending on what I do. It’s a bit bamboozling. Please help!
