Am I reading it correctly that the diets for this study lasted 32 hours? If so, any conclusions then seem inapplicable to anyone looking for a change in dietary habit more long term than two days, as the body adjusts over time. Maybe this could be used as evidence towards “kick starting” a diet with high protein, but further research is needed to asses any long term implications.
