Hey y’all just wanted to share this tool I’ve been building and using, to plan my diet and workout programs. No more ambiguity with designing the optimal program, which is super individual.
You specifiy the muscle proportions you’re aiming for, and your goal bodyweight and bodyfat % (kind of like creating an avatar). Every week, you get a tailored workout program based on your time availability and equipment availability. The programming considers muscle recovery time, overtraining, frequency, and maximizes volume (sets per muscle group per week) based on your ability, to maximize your progress. These features give it a huge leg up over all the other fitness apps out there.
Also haven’t seen another workout tool with diet coaching. Based on your goal bodyweight and bodyfat %, it takes you through bulking-cutting cycles or recomposition, and autoadjusts your calories/ macros according to your weekly logging. This makes sure that you’re bulking and cutting at the optimal rate, and that you’re not gaining excessive fat nor losing excessive muscle.
