I am currently trying to get leaner while gaining muscle mass while at 5’10 at 69kg. And due to the current pandemic, I have been doing workouts from home with the few weights I have (approx. 1-hour workouts for 6 days a week) and will probably not change anytime soon. I am also currently using Gold Standard.
As I have been doing more research, I have heard a lot about creatine. However, in the situation I am in, would it be worth using creatine?
